Description

Hi,

I wanted to use django.contrib.auth.hashers in a non-Django project but Django complained about no settings module. Please allow using this great code outside of a Django project!

Please see ​https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/settings/#using-settings-without-setting-django-settings-module - you just need to use settings.configure().
