This is a tricky one, since Django doesn't have a Indonesian translation yet providing locale formatting wouldn't make sense. I'd like to encourage you to go the extra mile and work on a translation.

This patch adds Indonesian translation and formats for Django.

The patch already contains formats.py, please ignore the formats.py file I uploaded yesterday. I can also create a fork on GitHub to more easily maintain Indonesian locale related updates if needed (if this gets released with Django 1.2 I'm hoping people will start using it and suggest improvements). Thanks.
