We should bump admin's jQuery to the latest 3.7.X release before 5.0 alpha 1 release (September, 2023).

Worth also updating our Select2 from 4.0.3 to 4.0.13 https://github.com/select2/select2/releases/tag/4.0.13.

As far as I'm aware we did this in Django 3.1, see aff7a58aef0264e5b2740e5df07894ecc0d7a580.
