I've updated the link, but will mark this ticket as invalid, as the wiki isn't part of the official documentation.

I am happy broken link is fixed,at the same time under what category I am supposed to report those kind of bugs.

The wiki is community-edited, so you can edit/fix such things yourself. Unless the page has been locked, there's no need to open a ticket, you can just correct the error yourself.
