Description
The current dumpdata help is misleading:
Output the contents of the database as a fixture of the given format.
The docs specify that it does this using the default manager on an object (leading to potential omissions on dumped data) but a user who checks the help command isn't informed of this.
I've attached a patch which clarifies the dumpdata message slightly as well as explicitly mentioning it in the custom manager documentation where it should be noticed as a new user learns about managers.
