Hide signatures from the debug pages
The debug page currently display settingsthat contain 'SIGNATURE' (as settings used by paypal information and perhaps other apps as well) I purpose adding "SIGNATURE" to the list of hidden settings, since it's a word commonly used to hold private data.

I think we mention in the docs somewhere which settings are *-ed out on those pages; if so, we should update that list.
