This isn't correct.
email.Utilsis valid in all versions of Python from 2.3 to 2.6.email.utilsdoesn't exist in 2.3. The modules imported changed in later Python versions, but the older name (Utils) is still importable for backwards compatibility and we need to use it for exactly that reason.
