should:

from email.utils import parsedate_tz, mktime_tz

Status: newclosed

This isn't correct. email.Utils is valid in all versions of Python from 2.3 to 2.6. email.utils doesn't exist in 2.3. The modules imported changed in later Python versions, but the older name (Utils) is still importable for backwards compatibility and we need to use it for exactly that reason.
