I spotted the page on the admin wasn't in the TOC and a quick count shows possibly 6 pages missing also.

admin.txt is one of the pages not included in the TOC. Sorry - I don't have time to figure out a patch right now (it would be my first patch so I'd need to suss out the proper syntax!)

A major rework of the documentation in on the todo list for v1.0. This will completely reorganize the contents page.

Which page are you referring to with "page on the admin"? Could you provide a link, or better yet a patch?
