Add default mime.types for Windows systems

Reported by: Bastian Kleineidam <calvin@…> Owned by: nobody

Description

Use local mime.types for Windows systems, since they usually
don't have one installed, and the default types are not really
exhaustive.

Note: the included mime.types file is taken from a Debian system. It should be fairly complete.

Triage Stage: UnreviewedDesign decision needed

This is probably not worth it. It's a reasonably large file to add just to support the development server. If somebody really wants to serve funky mime types via auto-detection, it's only a few minutes to set up a real webserver.

So, at the moment, I'm -1 on this, I think.

Resolution: wontfix
Status: newclosed

In the time since this was opened, I can't say that I've seen a huge (or, really, any) demand for inclusion of a file like this. So I don't think my opinion's changed in the last 8 months.
