Description

Every time there's a significant change to trunk there is a parade of people on IRC who are mystified as to why things are breaking. Seems like a good idea to add a reference to http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki/BackwardsIncompatibleChanges to the download (http://www.djangoproject.com/download/) and install (http://www.djangoproject.com/documentation/install/) pages.
