Description

Example:

urlize('Search for google.com/?q=1&lt! and see.')

# expected output
'Search for <a href="http://google.com/?q=1%3C">google.com/?q=1&lt</a>! and see.'

# actual output
'Search for <a href="http://google.com/?q=1%3C">google.com/?q=1&lt</a>lt! and see.'
