I have RDS read only permission.In my code i am not violating to read permission.

following the error.

Resolution: invalid
Status: newclosed

This ticket tracker is for reporting bugs while you are clearly trying to perform an INSERT query against a read only database.

To be more accurate, the INSERT is performed by the health_check package you're using, not by Django itself.
