When a traceback appears, it seems to ignore a {% include... %} tag, and reports the error being somewhere else.

I wonder if it might be a duplicate of #27584? That ticket identified that a change in Django 1.9 (55f12f8709f0604df7e1817a4c114ead1fb9a311) caused a regression. Could you check if Django 1.8 has the same problem? A minimal example that reproduces the problem (as the related ticket has) would be helpful.
