More detailed navigation for pdf docs

Description
I use pdf-version of django docs. If you can, please, create more detailed navigation for "Using Django" section in pdf version of docs. For example, the subsection "models and databases" has more than 90 pages and about 16 topics and there is not navigation for all this content. I think such navigation is needed for subsections that has more than 12-13 pages.
