1.10 release notes missing information on TEMPLATES setting

Description

Since the users actually have to do something it seems important to tell users what they need to do. Especially the auth context processor to keep old behavior. (?: (admin.E402) 'django.contrib.auth.context_processors.auth' must be in TEMPLATES in order to use the admin application.) which I only discovered after following the docs (the settings page) and hitting a check error.
