Description
The current way of writing selenium tests involves creating multiple subclasses of a test case for each browser. This is repetitive, cumbersome, and error-prone. Instead it would better if we didn’t need these subclasses and could instead specify the browsers to test as a command line option.
There is a first draft implementation of this by Julien Phalip, but I'd like to remove the parts about running the tests remotely on Sauce Labs for now since that's really a separate feature.

Yep, I forgot I created that one.
Ticket looks very similar to #25364.
