Description

The ​KyngChaos installation instructions refer to SpatiaLite 2.3 but 2.4 is the minimum supported version as of Django 1.8. There's also a section on ​the main install page.

We should evaluate whether these instructions are still useful and update or remove them.

Updated the Spatialite installation instruction to refer to the latest
available version from KyngChaos, as Gaia-SINS does not provide MacOS
binaries anymore.
