Templates intro shouldn't assume admindocs is enabled

Description

This paragraph says "consult the documentation area in your admin".

But django.contrib.admindocs isn't enabled by default. That won't work without further setup.

Oh, I see what you meant. I didn't read the body of the ticket at first and was mislead by a separate issue which I'll fix here as well.
