Search for this string in the part 2 of the tutorial (https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.5/intro/tutorial02/)
"To do this, open the polls/admin.py file, and edit it to look like this"
That file - polls/admin.py - has not been created yet. Please mention that in the same line, like:
"To do this, create a new file under the polls directory called admin.py (polls/admin.py), and edit it to look like this"
