Description

IDK either you have typeOs or you are trying to challenge us to catch your mistakes on purpose but with the was published recently it doesn't work the way you have it layed out because on the settings py you have to put underscores and type it exactly as you have it on the modeles py... I spent days trying to figure out what was wrong copying your instructions to the Tee..... as i am learning code and under a dead line ... wasting two days because of your typo isnt cool ......other wise great work Im learning alot and just think 6 months ago I was a social working/ windows person ...... now it ubuntu and python

Sorry you've had difficulty with the tutorial -- however, it's very difficult to fix a problem when you don't describe what the problem actually *is*.

All I can say is that the tutorial has been successfully run by many people, without any problems. We do have occasional reports of problems, but they usually relate to problems with the operating system environment (e.g., path or environment variable problems).

Closing needsinfo -- if you can provide specific details of a typo you believe you've found, please reopen with those details.

As an aside, if you're going to complain about the typos in someone's tutorial, you might want to pay a little more attention to your own typos. Based upon this sample of your writing, I'm more inclined to believe that our instructions are fine, but you've made typos when following those instructions. The credibility of your bug report would be much higher if, for example, you didn't mistype "instructions" in the title of the ticket.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
