Description

See #20046 - there's apparently a bug in Ubuntu (12.10?) where installing Python *doesn't* get you sqlite. We should document this in the platform notes.

I've confirmed that Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10, 13.04 all don't have the sqlite3 package installed by default, but also that you can use SQLite in Python without that package. I don't think this is needed.
