USE_THOUSAND_SEPARATOR causes error on inline admin

Description
when you use inline (tabular or stacked), it show a link to the object by the "view on site" link.
but if you have USE_THOUSAND_SEPARATOR=True in the settings, the link will give an page not found.
Content type 20 object 2 465 doesn't exist with an space inside number 2465

Thanks for the report, but I guess this has already been fixed by a side-effect of fixing #18444.
