Nissing instruction to do
python manage.py collectstatic
in https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/intro/tutorial02/
in section "Activate the admin site"
This leads to CSS and JavaScript missing.

The tutorial uses the development server. Running collectstatic is not necessary when using the development server.
