Update TabularInline image and doc in tutorial 2

Description

The image present in the TabularInline section of Tutorial 2 does not reflect the current state of the Admin. Now it has an extra Delete? column and the Add another link at the bottom. It would be nice if we explain the functionality, specially for the Delete column that has a different behavior while editing existing slots and adding new ones (there is a checkbox for the delete action on the existing slots, and the X link in the added ones).
