Hey may i know if there is any possibility for providing the forward provision for an existing ticket.

Firstly, If you have a question about Trac, you don't ask it on Trac; you ask on the mailing list. Trac is for tracking the progress on solving identified and verified problems.

Secondly, I have absolutely no idea what you're referring to, so I can't suggest how to turn this ticket into an actionable item.
