Description
JANG-O isn't the same as the correct pronunciation for Django. It omits the voiced /g/ in the middle of the word. It's really JANG-GO. The provided audio clip makes this clear, but the preceding text, e.g. FANG-O, is misleading.

Being French, I have a rough idea of how Django Reinhardt pronounced his own name. It certainly didn't sound like the audio clip :)
Depending on where in the world you live, you'll have your own way to pronounce JANG-oh and you're unlikely to sound like a French gypsy. Does it really matter?
