Description
south is the defacto standard for schema migrations. Here is a small patch to reflect this in the model FAQ.

It's worth mentioning South, but not to the exclusion of all other options (including the manual option). For that reason, I'm accepting the ticket, but not the patch. South should be mentioned as *an* option (and the second option, at that -- after manual ALTER TABLE statements), rather than being the *only* option.
