Description

Hi!

I would like to add es_NI locale. Nicaragua uses dot as decimal separator and comma as thousand separator. Currently no other spanish locale uses this format.

You attached a patch of changes to a compiled django.mo file.

You want to contribute a new number formatting specs so you need to attach a patch adding a django/conf/locale/es_NI/formats.py file, reopen this ticket if you do so.

If additionally you need to add a new translation you need to use our new Transifex workflow.
