Description

(A) Alphabetized the filters

(B) Formatting reference previously at now is now at date

(C) The "results" were inconsistent about using single-quotes or not; I removed all the quotes though having all examples use them would be OK too

Good patch, as usual. Just for reference, date is actually a template filter rather than a template tag, so it uses the :tfilter: crossref instead of :ttag:. Wouldn't have caught it myself if I hadn't done a local build of the docs and seen the link wasn't working. Thanks!
