Description
The current Bengali translation is impractical. Since the translation is done almost literally. It makes no sense in the usage. Moreover, it is outdated. Therefore I have started the localization from the scratch. I have added the the files here. I can do a diff file. Since it is almost rewritten, there is no point on diff.

Looks like it is a bit late submission to have it in 1.1. Still hoping for the inclusion in 1.1, so that, after new django installation, we don't have to copy paste these files.

Translations are handled entirely through Transifex. Trac is no longer used as part of the process.
