    11No, there is no need to run `manage syncdb` at that point because there is no need to create new DB tables from the actions you performed in the tutorial 2 so far (no new models were added to the models.py file).

    3 If you run `manage.py syncdb` at that point and it reports it is creating at least one database table. It is because you forgot tuu run it when following part 1 of the tutorial.
