My employer, the FSF, is looking for a new full-time employee, and the primary skill set we are looking for is Python wizardry (specifically we have a lot of Django, and Zope/Plone and other systems we want to move to Django). The FSF is a really great place to work - fun, motivated people in a very friendly environment - and we of course encourage people to continue working on any Free Software projects they may already be into outside of work.
