SetFromUserInput is not available to SpatialReference — at Initial Version

Description
Input that is not recognized by SpatialReference's init should be attempted to be passed to SetFromUserInput to see if GDAL can recognize it. GDAL can recognize much more input than the init currently checks for, like URNs, URLs, and miscellaneous types of SRS's.
