    33Still probably a configuration issue (haven't tracked down the cause yet), but hopefully this helps narrow it down for those coming to this issue.

     5Looks like it's probably still an issue on latest Django as well: https://github.com/django/django/blob/main/django/contrib/postgres/signals.py

     7A simple upstream fix might be to cache on more than just the DB alias.
