    1 Just wanted to point out that I am experiencing the same issue, though if I had to guess I'd probably blame it on pretty aggressive anti-virus software installed on my machine.

     7Initially, if I had to guess I'd probably blame it on pretty aggressive anti-virus software installed on my machine, but passing --noreload reduces CPU usage down to 0%

    79I'm using the latest dev version of Django (as of a couple days ago) with StatLoader. Don't see anything in the logs that stand out other than a bajillion checks right after `Apps ready_event triggered. Sending autoreload_started signal.`
