    11Closing a ticket as "needsinfo" means the reporter hasn't provided enough information (see [https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/contributing/triaging-tickets/#closing-tickets Closing Tickets]). Without some investigation, I'm also not sure how to proceed here however closing the ticket because of that isn't correct.
